It’s hard to think about ordering yearbooks already, but the PTO wanted to notify parents that there are three discounts you can take advantage of:

• Order by September 30th get a 15% discount ($3.15 savings) – cost $17.85 ($24.80 hard cover)

• Order by October 31st get a 10% discount ($2.10 savings) – cost $18.90 ($25.85 hard cover)

• Order by November 30th get a 5% discount ($1.05 savings) – cost $19.95 ($26.90 hard cover)

• As of December 1st cost is $21.00 (soft cover) and $27.95 (hard cover) per yearbook.

First PTO Meeting of the year! September 12th at 7pm

Due to end of the year survey results, we are trying a later start time then last year and rotating Tuesday/Thursday each month. Additionally, we are committed to keeping our meetings under 1 hour in length.

  • Taxes were not done for in 2014 & 2015, they were filed late with potential fees & penalties. We hired a lawyer for $350 to help and the IRS forgave the taxes and fees.
  • 2016-2017 tax information has been submitted to accountant for filing and review.

  • Spirit Wear (estimate of items ordered, order placed, projected delivery)
  • Box Tops (first collection date is 8/18/17)

No-Cook Night Potbelly’s Sandwich Shop

Getting back into your routine after a holiday weekend is rough! Instead of cooking dinner, dine in or carry out Potbelly’s.  No flyer is necessary- they donate 20% of all sales to our school.  Tell your friends and neighbors!

2017-2018 Spirit Wear

It’s time for Spirit Wear orders! We are excited to kick off the new school year with a new design for our school’s spirit wear. Order forms will be headed home with your child soon.  This year we are offer regular T-shirts ($8), Soft T-shirts ($9),  Dri-Fit T-shirt ($10), Long Sleeve T-Shirt ($12), Long Sleeve Dri-Fit T-shirt ($14), Crew Neck Sweatshirt ($14) Hoodies ($18), and Drawstring Backpacks ($4)- all shirts are available in Red or Grey and have extended sizes for $2 extra.

First No Cook Night of the year- Dairy Queen

Celebrate Back to School!!  

South Elgin Dairy Queen is hosting this year’s first No-Cook PTO Fundraiser for Fox Meadow Elementary School.  

When:  Wed, August 16 (11:00am – 10:30pm)

Where: 712 McLean Blvd, South Elgin

(Just around the corner from the school!)

Fox Meadow will receive a percentage of the total sales during this time.   Please present flyer when placing your order.  Feel free to share with your friends and family.
